the only thing I will say right now is that he did sign up for paypal. I sent him a request for money earlier this week and I still have nothing. sc5199 has been in contact with me a few times but again I still have no money. its been over a month. I will update tomorrow.

I believe that the right Federal Law Enforcement party would view this case as easy pickings and take action. Might help a young agent get a promotion
