I agree with you rigsby. But I also agree that people make honest mistakes. Either way you guys need to put your differences aside and make this right. Feelings might be tender right now but there is an opportunity for everyone to be happy. This is a tough economy and we all need good deals. This is the reason most of us buy from sites like this. Bottom line- my9secsky is right; a solution & a close to a deal is best case. When compared to some of the other deals on here, this one could be a hell of a lot worse. I would hope that posters who ask for help (& get it from people like Scorp) that they would remember to THANK him for the time & advice given too.
