Everyone with morals and a little bit of sense knows that you don't give a gun to a crazy person. This part of the law is not enforceable. It goes back to legislating morals. The one with no morals don't follow the law. The one with morals don't need the law.

This is the problem. The laws are not enforcible. They are just laws that some politician thought would be a good Idea, and would get him some votes. There are not enough police to frisk everybody every day. There aren't enough to even frisk the suspicious ones. How can you enforce this kind of law?
If you see a politician that is saying make new laws for this. You can bet he's just looking for votes. Either he is playing with short deck or thinks we are. But what the hey. It gives him something to side track us with, when we ask what did you do with all my money.
