let me guess you are trying to buy a helmut and impact jacket from him. I too have been trying. I got his phone number and tried calling him last night but no answer. he won't give me an address and wants the money sent through western union. I think its a scam but let me know if you get this stuff. he won't get a dime from me.

that's fine but I don't think I am interested anyway. you have to send the jacket back to get it recerified and if you don't have a receipt its pretty much useless. if he does have the helmet then that's a great deal. I am not saying anything bad about him but he is kind of hard to deal with. I have been screwed 1 to many times and won't go through that again. I recommend people not buying anything unless the person takes paypal. that is just my 2 cents.

im right here. yes my9secskylark that is what polara is buying from me. if he chooses. and he WILL be getting his items. i have had alot going on at home, problems of my own, some people may not have problems to deal with, but unfortunately i got lucky and do. i had noticed you had called, but by the time i get home from work, its 10, 11, midnight sometimes. sosorry for not calling someone at midnight at night, i dont work that way. people have lives. i was not ignoring your phone calls. and polara can back this up, i spoke to him. he happen to catch me here late one morning and we conversed. so if people want to talk trash, ill keep my stuff and let someone who does not want to post bad posts about someone they do not know, have the stuff. suicidebomb sees me on a regular, earl, thanks for the message, glad to know i have people watching for people who want to run their mouth. i have sold numerous things on RJ, and had one bad deal.... which was quickly smoothed out. it was a simple miscommunication deal. nor mine nor the buyers fault. well, guess thats all i have to say, people really need to check themselves before posting crap. and no earl, they didnt bring out the flamethrowers, i did. thanks again for the heads up.

I am not posting crap about anyone. I just feel I had a hard time dealing with you. you said you can't send pictures, you want money through western union. I am sorry to hear you are having problems. my intentions were not to make you sound like a bad person but I have been screwed to many times and do not feel like dealing with issues. if you would sign up for paypal I thinks would go a lot better. I do not know you or nothing about you but I just felt like you were hard to deal with and I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the last guy who screwed me. I apoligise for any hard feelings but I am sure you know when a deal sounds too good to be true it usually is and your deal just sounded that way. again I am sorry if it sounded like I was bad mouthing you that's not what I am doing. thanks

glad to see you on here, he wasnt making accusations without merit. when someone will not give you an address AND they want you to send the money through Western Union that causes big warning flags to pop up. we have all had some bad dealings and when people are hard to get a hold of and then give you limited info it makes you wonder...

that all is perfectly understandable. but with multiple messages to reply to, tryin to ansswer all and any questions, answers are sometimes left out, my message was not meant to be taken like all i wanted to do was deal with western union... i hate paypal, i was giving YOU an option to get the items as soon as possible. with moneygram or western union, the money hits automatically, then stuff can be shipped to you, right then and there, with no delay, that was my intentions, not to make it sound like the only way i would do it, was through a money transfer like that. so i apologize for that,. ive been burnt on here like everyone else, but i try to keep the accusations to a dull minimum.

I am not an asshole just felt like I was getting scammed. the fact is is that someone else must have felt the same way and that's why this post is on here. sorry for any hard feelings. My take on it is if you are too busy with too many problems to respond to an inquirey about an ad you posted dont post it until you get everything straightened out..Saves alot of heartburn for both the seller & buyers ..JMO & I buy & sell alot of parts..

sent sc5199 some money 3 weeks ago and still no package. we will see what happens. claims he sent the package 2 weeks and 2 days ago but it never showed. said he would refund my money. I gave him until friday so we shall see what happens.

unfourtantly for some reason he didn't get a tracking # don't know anyone who would send something without one but that's his excuse. I filed a missing package complaint with the post office. my next move is filing charges on him for theft and mail fraud. that is unless I get my package or a refund or a tracking number for the refund by tomorrow.

my other point to this is this polara puts a post on here and never responds. my question is does anyone know polara? he claims to have sent james "sc5199" some money too but I haven't heard anything from him. I have pm'ed him 3 times and he never responded to any of them. kind of funny to me. anyway I will keep on this issue and post results. thanks.

we have ourselfs a genuine all out scammer. james gallus is a liar and a thief. i will be proceeding with my charges tomorrow. i just got off the phone with polara and he is a stand up guy who also send james some money and is getting scammed. looks like i will be make a trip to indy to meet up with this punk ass. i here he is driving a fed for someone so i will try to pay him a visit.

with a little help from a few other people i have dug up some info on this piece of shit james gallus. just go to www.courts.mo.gov and on the right window there is a section called case.net click on that and type in james gallus and his stuff will come up. there is 15 things on him there. this f uck hole is a real piece of work. more updates coming

Today for some reason, James Gallus does not want to talk to me, he used to answer my messages to him, in a very short period of time. But today, today he don't want to talk to me. He seems to be a very interesting character, whom I thought I knew, I couldn't have been more wrong. My sincerest apology to all involved. WOW if you click on case at top of page after you click on case number , it gives you all the details , good luck boys on getting anything out of THIS deal..only good thing about it is , the police are already very familiar with him... only 28 years old and has a record that long, guess you have to start checking peoples criminal record before buying anything these days,,, :(

You guys should start hammering away at his friends, family and employeer. I wonder if he has a job? I wonder if they know his criminal record? Even if you don't get your CASH back, make it money well spent by pounding on him from every direction. I believe in many cases it is better to go straight to the families of these young punks than to the police. I would still file charges, but you can bet that family has a way of MAKING you right a wrong. Start with Facebook, start with his top 5 friends, email them a link to this thread, that should embarress him a little.............He may have no shame though...........Good luck men!

no blame to earl. i talked to him about that. he is a super guy who is going way out of his way to try to help us out. no fingers will be pointed at him from either of us.i have sent messages to a few of his so called facebook friends and have sent him an email. i also have informed nhra about him and also have been in contact with indy drag strip and with a relative who has been involved with the indy sherrifs department and indy state patrol and has worked at and has a few friends who work at the track. they are posting a note on the board at the track and if he tries to run there he will be delt with. i told them to hold him until i get there so he my be uncomfortable for about 6 hours. i am taking every action i can to stop this maggot. but please remember there is 2 sides of the story so please feel free to call him at 816-442-7084 at any time of day or night to ask him about his sobby side of the story. i am sure he cant be sleeping too well.
