Good ol Troy

Just to let you know.... I received a phone call this morning about 6 min. after posting the above...Troy assured me that my shipment was sitting on the dock ready to be picked up by UPS. He asked that I remove my post. I advised Troy, that I would gladly sing the praises of Bruis Glassworks just as soon as I had my shipment at my door. About an hour ago, I recieved yet another phone call, Troy again called to give me the UPS tracking number. He advised me that he had driven an hour to get my shipment to UPS, so that it would leave today. I followed up with UPS, and sure enough, my shipment is in transit. I would like to thank Troy for the follow-up. That is all I can ask for as a customer. Honest business practices require communication between the business and the client. Hopefully, Bruis Glassworks, and Troy, will remember that most customers just want to be made aware of the statis of their order. I hope that Bruis Glassworks has a successful future, I am not here to slam anyone, just to inform people so that they can make an educated decision. Hopefully, I will be just as pleased with the shipment as I am with the follow through that Troy has finally provided!

just recived my front end from bruis crapworks it is a total piece of shit it was packaged by a blind man (it only had half a crate and it was held in the crate by plastic wrapping)., it is broken in four places looks like it has been sitting in a field has spiderwebs and dirt all over it has lots of bondo on on it it is part white, part gray, part bondo the hood has no rolled edges it is heavy and very flimsy its going to look good going in the trash dumpster.... :( : :( :([/img]

The Cowl Hood we bought had two "big" low spots in it on the driver's side.
Had a hog nose on the front where the cowl was mounted to far front ward. They didn't even put forth the effort of removing it. There is a picture already posted under this topic. I often wondered if this was the Christmas present Troy mentioned He was sending me

Here was Troy's words on this subject in a prior e-mail conversation.

"I could make you a new frontend and hood to match (I'll check this one myself for correctness and it being straight and true)Best Wishes, Troy Bobbit"
The second front end was worst that the first one He sent us. I gave it away!!
The Hood was worst than the first one although it did fit after the adding of 2" with

But it's all my fault b-c we can't be satisfied. All we wanted was what we paid for. I quess reality wise we got did get what we paid for. Junk is only a bill, cheaper!!

It is all in how you conduct your business!

Well fellas, I told ya I'd be singing the praises.... Bruis Glassworks came through for us! Yes, It was a lenghthy wait for the product, but we are extremely pleased with what we have received. I hate it for you guys that have not had such good luck. I would have to advise someone considering Bruis glassworks to be extremely patient, the quality of work has been for us, well worth the wait! Would purchase from Bruis glassworks again if I was not in a hurry. I sure hope Troy recognizes the value of communicating realistic timelines with future customers. I also hope that Bruis' futuer customers realize that life is not always perfect, and sometimes you have to work it a little. Can't please all the people all the time!

That is great news that you did get your product. I myself would not wanted to have to wait the time frame that you waited. But as you said you can't please all the people all the time.
