It sucks that we are out of the money. Maybe once the charges get rolling maybe one day we will get it back. But to know that James is in jail and cant do this to anyone else is a good feeling. I know it would of caught up to him but all he had to do is pay us back with out dicking us around and this would not of hapened so soon. Because of all the help and info from this site i beleive he was caught sooner. Thanks to everyone who helped and thanks to racing junk for this site, we put a scammer in jail....

I hope scorp will set me straight if I'm wrong. I think you can file suit in small claims court, where you are. You won't need a lawyer. I believe you'll get a default judgement against gallus, then send a copy of your judgement to, Ms. Jolene Miller, his parole officer. I believe your restitution will be court ordered so to speak. It's usually not expensive, and I think tou can ask for court costs to be part of your re-payment.

E-mailing you a copy of the check proves nothing, if he sent your money, you would have it, simple as that. Call his parole officer, if you need the number, PM me, I have it. Apparently, he likes to have pressure applied to him, so accommodate him, and apply some pressure. James is good at giving his word, he just isn't very good at keeping it.

Report him to local LE again while he is fresh on their mind. Parole officer as well.

I have been getting alot of replies from this guy on an add I have on this site recently. And he keeps trying to push my buttons via massages but wont call me ? have told him sevral times give me a call . He wants me to give him all my info on my team and cars so he can market them ???
and get a sponsor i told him to call instead he just gets goes off on how I am running a scam add LOOKED up his competion number sc5199 to get contact info and the guy with that number isnt this guy . anybody ??
