update on james gallus. james claims he received the package back that he sent me because the city was wrong. not sure what he told polara. he also claims he send me a cashiers check 3 days ago but I still don't have it. he messaged me today and said he will be out of town until monday night that I should have my money by then. my check took 2 days to get to him so I don't kno why his is taking longer. I asked him nicely to send me a tracking number for the check an of course I didn't get one. we shall see if I have my money back by monday.

well I am shocked. I got home today and Suprize!!!!!!! there is no cashiers check here foe me from james. The whole idea of Paypal is that it is convenient and fast?
When I wanted to buy a set of heads and did not have a Paypal account, the seller had it set up and I sent money same night and shipped heads next morning.
Why don't these people already have their money back??

Include a timeline and documentation and then put together a well written letter to the FBI referencing suspicion of pervasive Internet Fraud. If you handle it right and provide all the documentation and sound very professional, you might get this dumped on a young eager newbie agent- and just like greenhorn IRS agents-

They need to make their name somehow - let them make it on SC5199.
