Did you ever get the issue resolved with Fox Engineering? I too have a similar issue in that I paid him for a complete turn key 8 stack FI system and that is not what I received. He has excuse after excuse like he got covid, wife is sick, power is out, computer issues, etc. I am considering taking him to small claims court and was wondering if you did and how you made out.
